Technology Introduction
Sliding-type container side self-loading and unloading transport vehicle technology
The side lifting system features a number of advanced core technologies and multiple national patents. With just one machine, it can perform various operations such as container self-loading and unloading, and vehicle-to-vehicle transfer. It has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, wide operation range, wide applicability, good versatility, and strong accompanying loading and unloading support capabilities. It can meet the lifting needs of containers at different locations and is widely used in container logistics, port freight transfer stations, railway container handling stations, warehouses, military logistics support, customs departments, and other container distribution centers. Its “fast, flexible, efficient, and convenient” features have been increasingly recognized and approved.

Double pump dual-channel technology
The entire vehicle is powered by independently adjustable-speed engines. The hydraulic oil output by the dual pumps passes through the merging valve group and is then delivered to the multi-way valve groups of the front and rear side cranes connected in series to drive their respective actuators. This provides greater range of linkage adaptability, significantly ensuring the stability and reliability of the lifting process.

Load Adaptive Technology
By using a high-pressure and low-pressure dual pump system and combining the flow through a splite -flow valve to supply oil to both cranes at the front and rear, this technology enables simultaneous high-flow supply of oil from the dual pumps under low-pressure conditions and high-pressure unloading of the low-pressure pump under high-pressure conditions. This ensures the efficiency and quality of the lifting operation. This technology not only ensures the stability of speed switching for cranes under both high and low pressure conditions, but also makes full use of the engine’s output power, resulting in better economic performance.

Chain hook locking device for container handling + Automatic storage technology
The chain hook locking mechanism for container handling. During container loading, the locking mechanism rotates automatically within the corner fittings of the container and locks securely, ensuring safety during the operation; during transportation, the locking mechanism can still automatically lock through the limit device, eliminating the repetitive actions of operators for re-securing the chain during transportation and unloading, and significantly enhancing the safety during vehicle movement; after the operation is completed, by optimizing the movement trajectory of the lifting points and the position of the chain retrieval, the automatic storage of the chain during the lifting arm’s retraction is achieved, greatly improving the comfort of operation and the safety of the entire vehicle.

Control System
The entire vehicle is reasonably equipped with a remote wireless control remote controller and an advanced load-sensitive electric-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve with valve-inlet pressure compensation. The remote operation is safe, comfortable and convenient. The control panel and handle of the remote controller are people-oriented and also conform to the movement trend of the machine; the proportional control realizes stepless speed regulation, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire machine and enabling precise control of minute movements.
